Site work for a mixed-use development in Centre, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project Description: Replacement of approximately 3,050 water meters (3/4 to 2 in size) with AMI meters (Owner to provide the meters), replacement of selected meter boxes, curb stops, backflow preventers, and related appurtenances. Owner requires the Project to be completed in 120 calendar days. Bidders must carry the Municipal and Utility construction classification as listed in the roster of the Alabama State Licensing Board for General Contractors to be considered for the award of the project. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids. Submit questions not less than two days before date set for receipt of Bids
