Luzerne County Fair Project Located at 3605 State Route 118, Dallas Borough/lehman Township, Under the Following Contracts: Contract No. 1 New Animal Barn General & Site Construction Contract No. 2 New Animal Barn Mechanical (Hvac & Plumbing) Construction Contract No. 3-new Animal Barn Electrical Construction Contract No. 4- Miscellaneous Improvements Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Security That Shall Not Be Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount of the Total Base Bid Made Payable to the Dallas Area Fall Fair, Inc., a Non-collusion Affidavit, and a Statement of Bidder's Qualification Refer to Other Bidding Requirements Described in the Instruction to Bidders. Bidders Shall Comply With the Guidelines for Racp Projects. Attention is Called to the Provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity and the Wage Rate Requirements as Set Forth in the Non-technical Specifications. The Dallas Area Fall Fair, Inc. Does Not Discriminate on the Basis of Race, Color, National Origin, Sex, Religion, Age, Family, and Handicapped Status in Employment or the Provision of Services. No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days Sub- Sequent to the Opening of the Bids. The Dallas Area Fall Fair, Inc. Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities, Irregularities, Defects, Errors or Omissions in, or to Reject, Any or All Bids. Proposals, or Parts Thereof.
