The City of Bakersfield is requesting bids from experienced and reputable Suppliers for providing an ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR FIRE HYDRANTS AND HYDRANT PARTS in accordance with the specifications included herein. The requirements include providing the City with fire hydrants, hydrant break-off extensions and other appurtenant materials and supplies. Award, if any, resulting from this Invitation to Bid, shall be for a one (1) year period and shall be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. Renewal options shall be exercised at the option of the City and upon mutually agreeable terms.
