Liquidated Damages $1,500.00 per Calendar Day Estimated Bid Value $250,000.00 Start/Delivery Date June 3, 2024 Project Duration 59 Calendar Days GRADING/PAVING - All labor, materials, and equipment required to provide and install all work necessary and required for the installation of modular Bldg's. To include but not limited to; demolition of concrete/asphalt, remove sprinklers, lateral lines cap beyond the limit of work, grub existing turf, grading, finished pad, storm drain, dry well(s), placement of asphalt or concrete, etc. as indicated on the drawings / specifications. Exclude all work to truck, crane, place, set modular Bldg's this scope to be performed by the modular Bldg MFR. SEALED BID MARKING: Bid No. 5976 - Highland High School: Portables Grading and Asphalt The contract to be awarded on this project includes provisions for assessment of liquidated damages pursuant to Government Code Section 53069.85 and Public Contract Code section 7203 in the amount of $1,500.00 per calendar day. A Payment Bond for contracts over $25,000 and a Performance Bond for all contracts will be required prior to commencement of work. These bonds shall be in the amounts and form called for in the Contract Documents. To perform the work required by this Notice, CONTRACTOR must possess a valid and active contractor's license of the following classification: C12.
