Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

GRADING/PAVING - All labor materials and equipment required to provide and install all work necessary and required for the installation of modular Bldg's. To include but not limited to; demolition of concrete/asphalt, remove sprinklers, lateral lines cap beyond the limit of work, grub existing turf, grading, finished pad, storm drain, dry well(s), placement of asphalt or concrete, etc. Anticipated Award Date is Monday, May 6, 2024 Project Type Bid Type of Award Lump Sum License Requirements C12 Response Types Line Items Subcontractor Liquidated Damages $1,500.00 per calendar day Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Estimated Bid Value $100,000.00 Start/Delivery Date June 3, 2024 Project Duration 58 calendar days All questions must be received by the Kern High School District, Richard J. Ruiz, in written form [Email sandy_castorena@kernhigh.org ] a minimum of seven (7) days prior to bid opening date. This will allow time to respond to the question and/or issue an addendum to all contractors addressing the question. Questions received less than seven (7) calendar days before bid date will not be acknowledged.
