OWNER has ascertained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which this work is to be performed for each craft or type of worker needed to execute this contract. The contract to be awarded on this project includes provisions for assessment of liquidated damages pursuant to Government Code Section 53069.85 and Public Contract Code section 7203 in the amount of $1,000.00 per calendar day.
