**As of May 1, 2024, project was awarded to DOD Construction LTD, awarded amount is $5,012,336.67.** Construct a new 8.81-acre park with trees, plants, shrubs, low mow grass, and irrigation. Project will include all-inclusive playground equipment, recreation activity spaces, restrooms, drinking fountains, walking trails, lighting, sports courts, a picnic pavilion, a playground, a dog park, parking lot, and other miscellaneous facilities. A Performance Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount and a Labor and Materials Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount will be required by the City from the bidder to whom the contract is awarded within ten (10) days after notice of award of the contract. A contract will not be awarded to a Contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with the provisions in Public Contract Code Section 3300, as amended, or whose bid is not on the bid proposal form included in the contract documents. A valid California Class 'A' Contractor's License is required for this Project.
