Vending Machines Will Be Owned by the Preferred Proponent and the Purchaser Will Be Paid a Commission for the Sales as Defined in Schedule C: Pricing. Vending Machines Are Requested but Not Guaranteed at the Following Locations: South Campus (Various Building) - 2000 Talbot Road, Windsor, on N9a 654 St. Clair College Centre for the Arts - 201 Riverside Drive, Windsor, on N9a 5k4 Skilled Trades Regional Training Centre - 3403 St. Etienne, Windsor, on N8w 5b1 Mediaplex - 275 Victoria Avenue, Windsor, on N9a 628 Zekelman School of Business - 1 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, on N9a 5k3 333 Riverside - 333 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, on N9a 7c5 Chatham Campus - 1001 Grand Avenue West, Chatham, on N7m 5w4 The Purchaser Has Increased in Size, and Growth is Expected to Continue. Vending Machine Requirements to Be Added as Required in New Facilities, Buildings and/or Campuses That the Purchaser May Add Over the Terms of the Contract. With the Opportunity to Grow, the Purchaser Believe There is an Opportunity to Grow the Current Vending Business for the Successful Proponent in Partnership With the Purchaser. The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of two (2) years, plus an optional three (3) one (1) year extensions. This Agreement term is subject to approval by the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery (MPBSD) at this time due to its Interim Measures directive.
