Vending Machines Will Be Owned by the Preferred Proponent and the Purchaser Will Be Paid a Commission for the Sales as Defined in Schedule C: Pricing.

The Purchaser Has Increased in Size, and Growth is Expected to Continue. Vending Machine Requirements to Be Added as Required in New Facilities, Buildings and/or Campuses That the Purchaser May Add Over the Terms of the Contract. With the Opportunity to Grow, the Purchaser Believe There is an Opportunity to Grow the Current Vending Business for the Successful Proponent in Partnership With the Purchaser. The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of two (2) years, plus an optional three (3) one (1) year extensions. This Agreement term is subject to approval by the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery (MPBSD) at this time due to its Interim Measures directive. If not approved, the Agreement will be intended for a period of two (2) years. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
