Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
As of May 16, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on May 27, 2024. All bidders must submit a Bid Bond or Cashier's or Certified Check for 10% of the total contract amount with theirbid form. The general prevailing rate of wages in the locality for each craft or type of worker or mechanic needed to execute the contract or perform the work, and the general prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work, as ascertained by the Park District or the Illinois Department of labor shall be paid for each craft or type of worker needed toexe cute the contract or to perform such work and it shall be mandatory upon the Contractor to whom the contract is awarded and upon any subcontractor under him to pay notless than the specified rates to all laborers, workers and mechanics employed by them in the execution of the contract or such work. Certified payroll is required on this project for both general and subcontractors. This work to be performed under this agreement shall be commenced on/or after May 13, 2024
