The Cheyenne Regional Airport Board, owners and operators of the Cheyenne Regional Airport, (hereinafter referred to as "Airport") are requesting proposals for janitorial service. The Airport is extending an invitation to qualified firms to submit a proposal for janitorial services at the Cheyenne Regional Airport for a one-year period with an option for four one-year extensions. The initial contract shall be effective June 1, 2024. Contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience operating janitorial services in public buildings totaling at least 50,000 square feet between two facilities. Notice of Award: May 9, 2024. Question Deadline 04/22/2024 at 2:00 PM MT. Any requests for clarification or additional information deemed necessary by any respondent to present a proper proposal must be submitted via e-mail. Responses will be issued as an addendum on or before April 25, 2024 to all those participating in the mandatory pre-proposal meeting.
