the Cheyenne Housing Authority is accepting lump sum bids for the roof replacement at 2113 Thomes Ave, Burke Hi-Rise in Cheyenne, WY. Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity, bonding requirements, and Davis Bacon wage rate regulations set forth in the specifications which must be paid on this project. Special attention shall be drawn to the provisions of Minority Business and Women owned enterprise, according to the conditions stated in HUD Form 5369A. A 5% bid bond must be included if the proposal is equal to or greater than $25,000.00. Cheyenne Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The bid shall not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Cheyenne Housing Authority.
