Renovation of a military facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Project Description: Providing major maintenance, repair and replacement of the overhead garage doors at Camp Guernsey. It is the bidder's responsibility to review, through online for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on May 6, 2024. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. on April 30, 2024, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check,
