The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (Procuring Agency) will receive bids for the Greys River Feedground Metal Hayshed project in Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming. Project Description: This project will consist of construction of a metal hayshed building at the Greys River Feed Ground, to include demolition of existing shed. Bidding questions shall be submitted online by 5:00 p.m. MT on May 14, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers online or in the form of a written addendum posted online by 5:00 p.m. MT on May 16, 2024. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 14, 2024, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. May 23, 2024.
