Site work for a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and library.
Project Description: Irrigation system replacement projects at the Pioneer Building, the Wyoming State Library and the Unicover Building all located in Cheyenne. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Online website by 1:00 p.m. MT on May 22, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on May 24, 2024. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 22, 2024, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document.
