Remodeling of an educational facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Laramie County Community College, located in Cheyenne, WY invites bids for the exterior facade renovation of the Center for Conferences and Institutes (CCI) Building. The Project consists of the selective demolition and renovation of exterior building elevations, roof system, and windows of the CCI Building, covering the twin T wall system with a new facades of stone wainscot, phenolic siding, stucco and metal siding, with new window systems. Existing electrical systems are to be modified and changed as necessary for the new exterior layout. Selective demolition and new construction of site paving, landscaping and other site elements is included in this scope.
