The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA) intends to issue solicitation number 36C78624B0030 entitled, Job #2 Construct Restroom and Storage Buildings at Cheyenne National Cemetery on or about June 6, 2024, unless additional notice is given, or this notice is modified or cancelled. Scope of Work: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, utility connections, and equipment necessary to construct a pre-manufactured double-vault restroom building with two unisex toilet rooms and a pre- storage/mechanical building; vegetative wind screen to include but not limited to demolition, site preparation, erosion control, excavation, backfilling, grading, foundations, footing, concrete walkways, curb ramps, utility connections, irrigation modifications, landscaping, and certain other items and specific tasks as further defined by the drawings and specifications at Cheyenne National Cemetery. All services performed by the contractor must adhere to National Cemetery Administration standards and in accordance with Statement of Work, Drawings and Specifications. Period of Performance The Contractor shall complete all work including submittals, reviews, quality control, repair/construction services, punch list corrections, clean up, invoicing and closeouts documentation submittal within one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days of Government issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
