Renovation of a municipal facility in Frankfort, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**Per Addendum 1 the Bid Opening has been extended from 05/03/24 to 05/10/24** The drawings have been revised. Due to ongoing leaking, there has been damage to wood structural members and interior plaster. The cause of the damage is broken and leaking gutters. The existing metal box gutters are scheduled to be replaced, rotted wood framing will be replaced, and damaged interior plaster on exterior walls will be repaired. Miscellaneous copper roof repairs and stone repairs will also be addressed. A stone consolidation treatment will be applied to the facades to restore strength to the existing stone and prevent/slow additional deterioration
