Spartanburg County is seeking bids from vendors to perform and carry out, those services necessary to complete the SPARTANBURG COUNTY SEAY ROAD WIDENING AND ROUND-A-BOUT PROJECT. : As part of this bid submittal the County is requesting that bidders provide a construction schedule that includes a time for performance for this entire contract. The provided schedule will be utilized as part of the evaluation process. The intent is for the provided schedule (particularly the final completion date for the contract) to become a part of the contract documents. For bidding purposes, please assume that work associated with this contract may begin as early as May 30, 2024. The issuance of a purchase order by the County will serve as the official notice to proceed. If the issuance of a purchase order occurs after the start date illustrated on a submitted schedule, the final completion date will be adjusted accordingly (if necessary). Question Deadline 05/10/2024 Written questions shall be submitted at least five (5) calendar days prior to Proposals submission date.
