Project is Rebidding This project consists of repairs on two bridge locations on Falls of Neuse Road in the City of Raleigh. The project will be directed by the Department of Transportation Manager or Designee. The Contractor shall complete the work in this contract in strict accordance with City Standards. In the alternative, a five percent (5%) bid bond issued by a corporate surety licensed by the State of North Carolina may be filed with the proposal. Bidders must be properly licensed under Chapter 87 of the General Statutes of North Carolina and must comply with nondiscrimination provisions.
