Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Glen Rock, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 4,400-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the demolition and abatement of the existing Little Theatre and supporting spaces, at Glen Rock High School & Middle School, in preparation for a future alteration. Existing HVAC equipment and extents of existing wall construction will be removed. Existing utilities will be safeoff to the nearest point as applicable The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any non-responsive bids or all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22 and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions, that may be in the best interest of the Board Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of (1) a bid bond or certified or cashier's check payable to The Glen Rock Board of Education equal to 10% of the amount of the bid, but in no case to exceed $20,000.00 per N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-24, and Question Deadline 04/26/2024 Questions must be received by the Architect not later than three (3) business days prior to the deadline for last issuance of addenda.
