All questions should be submitted no later than Thursday May 9 at 4:00 PM CDT. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the question due date and time. This project is Targeted Group/Economically Disadvantaged/Veteran-Owned preference. The Section 00 41 73 Prime Contractor Response Form, which includes the attachments listed in the project manual table of contents, is posted within the VirtuBid area. The Response Form must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded with the bid before it can be posted.This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor or as a Subcontractor, the work for at least three (3) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since 04/01/2019 for construction of domestic water system installation and/or modifications. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $90,000 or greater. A. The work will done under one prime contract that includes: Mechanical, Demolition, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Replacement of the existing domestic water booster pump package with a new package in a similar location. 2. Modifications to the existing domestic water system to pipe up the new equipment. 3. Modifications to the existing electrical system to provide power to the new equipment. 4. Modifications to the existing campus wide BAS to provide monitoring and control of new equipment Registrants will be required to send in their full name, date of birth and driver's license number.
