Technical College System of Georgia on behalf of Ogeechee Technical College is establishing Electrical Services for the GISR Training Center - TCSG 400. Contract award will be made to a single Bidder. The chosen supplier will coordinate permanent service installation with Ogeechee Technical College, PRAXIS3, and TCSG Facilities. This project is a new two-story, 40,032sf industrial systems and robotics training center. The building is constructed primarily from conventional steel and metal studs. The facility features 11 laboratories, 3 classrooms, student commons, faculty/executive offices and support spaces, a boardroom and building support spaces. Exterior improvements include a new entry canopy, freestanding canopy, parking lot, dumpster enclosure, new sidewalks, landscaping, and site lighting.
