A license to work with asbestos containing materials under ORS 486A.720 is not required for this project Each Bid shall contain a statement indicating whether the Bidder is a "resident bidder", as defined in ORS 279A.120. Each Bid shall contain a statement that the "Contractor agrees to be bound by and will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 regarding payment of Prevailing Wages". Contractor shall certify nondiscrimination in obtaining required subcontractors, in accordance with current ORS.
