The question and answer module of ProcureNow OpenGov IS being utilized for this solicitation. Timely questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted in accordance with the deadline for questions: Friday, May 31, 2024 at 5:00 pm EST. Respondents are instructed not to contact the initiating division directly. Additional pre bid meeting note: Untimely requests for scheduling shall not be accommodated. Bench tests shall not be re-scheduled if the bidder fails to attend. Bidders who fail to attend the mandatory pre-bid testing shall be ineligible to compete for the award of a contract under this solicitation. The F.O.B. will be Eastern Water Reclamation Facility, 1621 South Alafaya Trail, Orlando, Florida 32828 for the polymer and the equipment. Bids showing other than F.O.B. Destination will not be accepted. The bid shall include all costs of packaging, transporting, delivery and unloading. This shall include inside delivery if requested to the designated point within Orange County, Florida. 8.2. Use of Contracts by Other Government Agencies At the option of the Contractor, the use of the contract resulting from this solicitation may be extended to other governmental agencies, including the State of Florida, its agencies, political subdivisions, counties, and cities. Each governmental agency allowed by the Contractor to use this contract shall do so independent of any other governmental entity. Each agency shall be responsible for its own purchases and shall be liable only for goods or services ordered, received and accepted. No agency receives any liability by virtue of this bid and subsequent contract award.
