Renovation of a military facility in Homestead, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The purpose of this quote is to retain a qualified contractor to provide materials, equipment and labor for the Repair or Replacement of a Bay Door at our Fleet Department 350B SE 6th Ave. Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost, supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications (Scope of Work). The work will consist of all preparation for the repair or replacement of one bay door. The Contractor shall supply all labor, parts, and material necessary for the completion of the door. The Contractor shall take all due precautions to protect the building during the process of the repair or replacement of the door. The work to be performed shall include, but is not limited to the following: Repair or Replace Bay Door (depending on Site Visit findings.) Garage door is 21 feet long and 14 1/2 feet wide.
