The Project shal be known as Storm Sewer Rehabilitation, Flatwoods Road and 68th Avenue, ADEM CWSRF Project No. SW000060-01 and the general character of said public works project sha l consist of the fo lowing: video inspection, cleaning, and rehabilitation of existing storm sewer. The approximate quantities of said Project are as folows: video in 30 hours of storm sewer video inspection, 16 hours of storm sewer cleaning, rehabilitation of approximately 655 linear feet of roadway pipe with sizes ranging from 36-inch diameter to 60-inch dimeter, 60 cubic yards of cement mortar flowable backfi l, and misce laneous appurtenances.
