** As of May 22,2024 this project has been awarded to Lavender, Inc. for $40,058.39. ** Award of the contract wi l be made within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of the bid opening. 1. The Project: A. The Project shal be known as Sanitary Sewer Improvements at Applewood Drive and the general character of said public works project sha l consist of the fo lowing: construction of gravity sewer main and replacement of sanitary sewer manholes. B. The approximate quantities of said Project are as folows: 240 linear feet of 18-inch PVC gravity sewer main, replacement of three (3) sanitary sewer manholes, and misce laneous appurtenances. C. Special instructions are as fo lows: Refer to Supplemental Information to Bidders included as Appendix A of this document. D. E. The City wil furnish the fo lowing: NA Time of Construction: From the date stated in the Notice to Proceed, the Project time of construction is sixty (60) consecutive calendar days
