As per detailed minimal specifications and requirementst outlined in Invitation to Bid packet # 2024-012. Delivery shall be FOB City of Ruston Warehouse, 701 East Tennessee, Ruston, Louisiana 71270. All attempts shall be made by awarded bidder to deliver items no later than 4:00 p.m. local time Monday through Thursday and no later than 10:30 a.m. on Fridays; excluding City holidays. If available, City is requesting that awarded transformers be delivered at same time; this will help with the unloading process. Depending on delivery time, the city reserves the right to purchase additional transformers up to fifteen (15) consecutive calendar days after initial order at same quoted price. All transformers, 2500 kVA and below with secondary voltages of 600 volts or less, shall meet the minimum standard energy efficiency levels as outlined in the US Dept. of Energy (DOE) 10 CFR Part 431. Letter of compliance shall be made available to City upon request.
