Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversight for mobilization, roadway milling and paving, base repairs, pavement markings, concrete sidewalk and curb, and maintenance and protection of traffic. Responses will be provided via online to all registered parties Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. PA Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply to this contract. All Prime Contractor Bidders must be PENNDOT Prequalified as a Prime Contractor and for the tasks they complete, and all subcontractors must be online Prequalified as a Sub-Contractor for the tasks assigned. The City of Hazleton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
