Renovation of a multi-residential development in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Each Bid when submitted must be accompanied by a Bid Security which shall not be less than ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Total Base Bid, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and additional supplements as indicated in the Contracting Documents. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. The Housing Authority of the City of Hazleton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in the bidding. The project will be completed under the following prime contract(s): Contract No. 2023-2 - Site Lighting Upgrades at Various Sites Contract No. 2023-3 - Ceiling Repairs at Hazle Twins
