The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversight for mobilization/demobilization, roadway reconstruction, storm water improvements, and maintenance and protection of traffic. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Davis Bacon Wage Rates shall apply to this contract. All Prime Contractor Bidders must be PENNDOT Prequalified as a Prime Contractor and for the tasks they complete, and all subcontractors must be PENNDOT Prequalified as a Sub-Contractor for the tasks assigned. Questions may be submitted through online on or before 3:00 P.M. on September 13, 2024. Responses will be provided via online to all registered parties.
