Renovation of a municipal facility in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project site is located at 13-15 West Broad Street, Hazleton, PA and is the next phase of infrastructure improvements at the Hazleton LaunchBox building. The Elevator Package consists of, but not limited to, the Base Bid completion of the elevator shaft and associated wall and finishes, and installation of a new elevator; and Add Alternate #1 for a Limited Use Elevator in lieu of Base Bid system, and Alternate #2 for new second floor toilet room and janitors closet, and Alternate #3 for additional interior lighting for partial 2nd floor space. DHAP anticipates approval for the project on, or around, April 17, 2025 and a Notice to Proceed issued on, or before, April 22, 2025 releasing the successful contractor to commence administrative and onsite activities.
