Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lavon, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project scope shall include the following Utility improvements, approximately 35,398 SY of 6" - 3600 psi concrete pavement (3T BB and 37' BB) on approximately 37,616 SY of 6" lime stabilized subgrade, all as per NCTCOG and Owner's Geotechnical Engineer's specifications to serve 267 lots. The project is located East of State Highway 78 and south of Farm to Market Road No. 6, in the City of Lavon ETJ, Collin County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened.
