Notice of Intent to Increase Contract Ceiling on the West Point MATOC Program: The U.S. Military Academy Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)/Indefinite Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Description of Action: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - West Point, on behalf of U.S. Army Military Academy Directorate of Public Works requests an increase to the ceiling capacity for the Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) contract numbers W911SD-19-D-0002 through 0007.This increase is necessary to fund existing projects and maintain continuity of services until the follow-on effort is awarded. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of Intent to increase the contract ceiling capacity on the construction MATOC. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
