The contractor's work and responsibility will include furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, tools and, equipment necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will shall begin with in 14 calendar days of award and must conclude 60 calendar days after date of award. A site visit is strongly recommended, Contractors are encouraged to attend a site visit to review the complexities of the work site, verify existing conditions, and exact measurements. please reach out to Libby Watt at (270) 286- 6606 to schedule a site visit. Offerors shall submit any questions regarding this solicitation in writing to marcie.billotto@usace.army.mil no later than 11:00 AM ET on 19 April 2024, in order to allow a written response prior to the quote due date. The RFQ will only be changed by a formal written amendment. Estimated Construction Cost: $50,000 and $125,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
