Site work for a water / sewer project in Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Repair B718 a) Design and replace the existing access and safety equipment on exterior oftank to include: a. Exterior shell accessladder with an OSHA compliant ladder complete with standoffs every 10' on center to include a lockable ladder guard and cable type ladder safety device b. Increase roofhatch lip height to at least 4" to comply with the latest AWWA recommendations b) Remove and replace any electrical conduit damaged due to corrosion, c) Remove and replace corrosion protection anodes, d) Sandblast tank exterior, apply one (1) prime coat of polyamide epoxy and one (1) finish coat of polyurethane in accordance with UFGS 09-97-13 40. e) Sandblast all interior areas and apply polyamide epoxy coating in accordance with UFGS 09-97-13 16. f) Repair or replace water level equipment to ensure accurate, measurable water level in tank, g) Provide and install a screen on exit oftank outflow to prevent wildlife intrusion. 1.3.2. Repair B946 a) Design and replace the existing access and safety equipment on exterior oftank to include: a. Exterior shell accessladder with an OSHA compliant ladder complete with standoffs every 10' on center to include a lockable ladder guard and cable type ladder safety device b. Increase roofhatch lip height to at least 4" to comply with the latestAWWA recommendations b) Extend the overflow to grade with same size pipe, complete with standoffs every 10' on center, an elbow fitted with a flapper valve and screen, c) Remove and replace corrosion protection anodes d) Sandblast tank exterior, apply one (1) prime coat of polyamide epoxy and one (1) finish coat of polyurethane in accordance with UFGS 09-97-13 40. e) Sandblast all interior areas and apply polyamide epoxy coating in accordance with UFGS 09-97-13 16. f) Repair tank's fill gauge to ensure accurate, measurable waterlevel in tank.
