Remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 123,000-square-foot, 11-story above grade municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Remodel of floors C20-C23 of the Hennepin County Government Center with scope to include new insulated gyp board/metal stud walls and owner provided demountable partitions. Floor finishes of carpet, resilient sheet goods and ceramic tile. Wall finishes of paint, vinyl wallcovering, acoustic fabric panels, wood paneling and ceramic tile. Ceiling finishes of acoustical lay-in tile and gypsum board soffits. Mechanical systems to include new plumbing including supply and waster piping systems, new mixing boxes and ductwork. Electrical systems to include fire alarm, conduit and wiring, interior lighting and low voltage cabling for safety/security and data. Scope shall also include courtroom audio/visual. The Owner's estimated timeframe for the Contractor to substantially complete the Work is 330 days. This estimated timeframe was provided to the Owner by its consultant and is shared with Proposers for informational purposes, rather than to state a contractual requirement Question Deadline 11/20/2024 at 4:00 PM CT Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 11-30-2024.
