Demolition and remodeling of an educational facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 300-square-foot educational facility.
Demolishing 2 restrooms, and building 3 single use restrooms. Project will include approximately 150 sf per campus, equating to 300 total sf at Brooklyn Park and Eden Prairie campuses. Minor demolition of masonry and metal partitions, ceilings, plumbing and related mechanical and electrical systems. Parties that download the Drawings and specifications and need to have them printed elsewhere, are solely responsible for those printing costs.
