Renovation of a water / sewer project in Maysville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Town of Maysville Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade: This project will include the addition of clarifiers, VFD pump station, new disinfection chamber, post treatment blower and all other work as shown on the construction drawings. General Contractor's license is required. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 and 6.02 of the General Conditions. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
