It is the intent of the City to obtain the construction services for Honolulu Police Department Headquarters Replace Fire Alarm System. 1.03 SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall furnish, deliver and install all materials, labor, tools, and work to construct items as indicated on Drawings and as specified herein, including but not limited to the following items: 1.
