Bidders are encouraged to carefully read and understand the contents of the Bidding Documents. The purpose of this contract is for the maintenance and repair of minor drainage features throughout the City of Winston Salem. This is an "on-call" type contract, but the City's expectation is that the Contractor will be working almost every day, weather permitting The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 6% MBE and 4% WBE and must be met separately.
