Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility, municipal facility and theater / auditorium.
Forsyth County Health Department Annex Auditorium Alterations Scope of Work Project Overview This project consists of an alteration of a 1980's constructed Auditorium, lobby spaces, and two toilet rooms with an area of 2,660 square feet. Currently all spaces are in need of repair. In order to be used as a presentation/seminar room and Community Theater performance space the following improvements will be executed: - New auditorium seating, 23 in wide seats - Extended platform (for Community Theater performances) - New floor finishes - New wall finishes - New ceiling finishes - New house light fixtures (LED) - New projection screen - New sound system Question Deadline 05/14/2024 at 5:00 PM ET **NOTE TO SUBS: Applicable NC Sales Tax & County Tax paid on taxable purchases of building materials, supplies, fixtures or equipment which will become annexed to, affixed to, or in some manner become a part of said "project" SHALL NOT be included in Bid prices.
