Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Palm Coast, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Deadline for submittal of questions is 5:00 PM, April 24, 2024. The work to be performed is as follows: Mobilize on site and demolition of three (3) in-groundwater storage tanks (approx. 7, 000 square feet), replace with fill dirt, back fill and grade to match surrounding yard, haul debris to a licensed Material Recovery Center for recycling. Utilities to structures have been disconnected. Water has been removed from storage tanks. A site visit can be scheduled by contacting the Water Treatment Facility staff at 386-517-2042, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Job location: Water Treatment Plant, 4680 Seminole Woods Boulevard, Palm Coast, FL 32164
