Renovation of a municipal facility in Palm Coast, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Palm Coast is requesting proposals from Florida State Licensed General Contractors for construction work at our existing City Hall Building located at 160 Lake Avenue, Palm Coast, Florida. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Low Voltage and interior Finish scopes of work associated with the upgrades to the City Data Center. All submittals will be evaluated by City staff in accordance with the criteria set forth in the solicitation documents. The City reserves the right to reject all submittals, to waive any formalities, and to solicit and readvertise for new bids/proposals, or to abandon the project in its entirety.
