The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified engineering companies (Proposers) to undertake the filter media changeout and rehabilitation of the four pressurized filters at the Saugus Water Reclamation Plant in Saugus, California. The selected Proposer, also referred to as the Contractor in this RFP, will bear responsibility for all necessary engineering services, including design, fabrication, demolition, installation, materials procurement, waste disposal, and labor.
