Reconstruction and Upgrades to Centennial Campus Substation North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from public utilities contractors for the Reconstruction and Upgrades to Centennial Campus Substation, located on Centennial Campus. The project scope includes replacing electrical equipment damaged in a recent fire and upgrading the capacity of the substation to provide a parallel redundant system for Centennial Campus.
