This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is being issued by the City of Half Moon Bay (the "City"). The City is soliciting proposals from entities ("Proposer(s)") with demonstrated experience and qualifications in providing janitorial and maintenance services such as those required in this RFP. The City desires to enter into an agreement for one (1) year with the option for two (2) one-year renewals upon satisfactory performance. The City intends to have the new contract begin on July 1, 2024.
