Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Half Moon Bay, California. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility.

This project is Phase I of the Implementation of the Smith Field Park Master Plan. This project includes design, permitting, and construction of new parking lot pavement to serve visitors to Smith Field Park, including ADA access improvements and green infrastructure improvements. This project also includes 35% design and permitting of the Smith Field Improvement Project and a walkway along 2,162 linear foot of Wavecrest Road to encourage mulit-modal transportation to Smith Field Park. Additionally, this project involves the design and installation of a storage building at Smith Field for City equipment. Project is included in the City of Half Moon Bay's Fiscal Year 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of October 14, 2025, this project is in the design phase. Information regarding a timeline for bidding and construction has not been determined.
