the replacement of the CGM controller and the SNE engine to control the Administration RTU HVAC system The City of East Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities therein and to award the bid in the City' s best interest. The following specifications represent the scope of work to be completed and represent the minimum standards accepted for this work: The scope of work includes the installation of a CGM controller and an SNE engine to control the Administration RTU HVAC system at City Hall. NOTE: There is an existing auditing system that can be bypassed, the wires and sensors can be used assuming they are fully functional. If not, they will need to be replaced. All work shall be in compliance with the 2018 International Mechanical Code.
