The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for the Homer Transfer Facility Leachate Tank Replacement. The project consists of the removal, replacement, and associated modifications of the leachate storage tank at the Homer Transfer Facility. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
